The horses were brilliant
We spent 2 fabulous days trail riding with Rasim up in the hills and forests near Sarajevo. The horses were brilliant! Rasim was a very interesting guide. We stayed in a mountain lodge which was very comfortable. Delicious food. Highly recommend!

I’m a horse rider from Belgium for more than 50 years and recently, during the month of May 2019, I had one of the nicest horse- riding experiences in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mr. Rasim from the Lazy Horse Ranch in BiH organized a fantastic multiple day trail riding event discovering the beautiful nature of the Olympic Mountains surrounding Sarajevo. Exploring unseen wild nature during the day and tasting great local food during the evenings. I can warmly recommend this endeavor to every horse lover!
Scenery sublime, food exceptional
Our trip with Rasim at the Lazy Horse ranch was outstanding. His hospitality & kindness was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble including helping us get a car sorted that had a flat tyre. The horses were lovely very sure footed and suited to the job. Scenery sublime, food exceptional and we stayed in a very comfy mountain lodge that was memorable for the food and comfort. All in all a great trip many thanks.
The trails were very scenic
I went on 2 day trail ride with Lazy Horse, the horses were very good well trained and schooled fab rides. The trails were very scenic. Picnic lunch of very fresh grilled trout The night in the mountain lodge was great fun lots of laughs and a lot of wine drunk. Great ride back to lazy horse started early to avoid heat. GREAT COUPLE OF DAYS

We have just had two excellent days with Rasim riding from Lazy Horse Ranch. The horses were very well and very fit for the mountain tracks. Rasim was an excellent guide and looked after us so well in every way. We stayed in comfort in one of the mountain lodges, the horses were stabled and looked after by Rasim before he joined his guests for the evening. Thank you Rasim a brilliant stay!
It was spectacular
If you are looking for an escape weekend on horse back, this is it! I joined a ride for a couple of days and It was spectacular. We were riding through pristine forests, resting in the mountain lodges. Cooking was pure and simple, served with hospitality and warmth you don’t find often in this world. We ate better than kings and I would like to think that we rode like that as well. Horses were confident and well taken care of. Our guide Rasim and his team took excellent care of us.
